Assault Case.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAIND, This D'ayJoseph Graham, a fireman, was charged with assaulting Mrs Cullen, keeper of a boarding-house. He burst suddenly into the kitchen and when ordered out drew a razor and threatened to cut her throat, at the same time seizing her. A boarder present knocked him down. Prisoner said he was drunk and received a month’s imprisonment
