A Diver’s Death.
FIVE HOURS UNDER WATER.

LONDON, Yesterday. Walter Trapnell, a Government diver, was imprisoned 150 ft. under the water at Torquay for five hours and a-half, owing to the entanglement of the diving gear in the wreckage of the Leveret.
Trapnell’s mate after three hours’ labour, succeeded in rescuing him, but he died in the hospital.
