(By Telegraph!—Press Association.) ST. PETERSBURG, Yesterday. The revolutionary committee of St, Petersburg have issued two violent manifestos attempting to abolish czardom for depriving the people of all rights previously conceded. Nine armed brigands attacked the cashier of the Moscow Kezen, in Railway street, Moscow, using bombs and revolvers. The police had been pre* viously warned, captured four, killed one, severely wounded three, and one escaped.
