LONDON, Yesterday. Sir Alfred Billson fainted in a division in the lobby when about to vote on Cox’s motion re sugar duties and died in half an hour, from what is believed to be hemorrahage of the brain. His daughter- was in the ladies’ gallery at the time. The House immediately adjourned.
