Synod favours Dancing.

WELLINGTON, This Day. At the Synod a motion proposed against dancing in connection with raising church funds was stoutly opposed by the Rev. C. Harper, who said an immense amount of good was done by clergy in associating themselves with and controlling dancing. The motion was lost by a large majority.
