BERLIN, Yesterday.

During the progress of a yacht race at Kiel, Herr Tietgin’s yacht from Hamburg, blanketed the Kaiser’s yacht Meteor. The Kaiser ordered him to clear away, and afterwards lodged a protest.

The Imperial Yacht Club dismissed the protest, and the Kaiser was so offended that he refused to distribute the prizes.
