Facts are abundantly ; ! proving that the use of intoxi-’ A | eating liquor undermines the Q ! constitution and .shortens life, 4 not only when taken to excess, but when used in moderation.: These facts are valuable, and all 1 the more so because their attesr' .4 f’nrs are scientific experts of the ? first rank.
