(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Henry Pickering was fined £5 for striking Arthur Bayliss and breaking his jaw, the Bench holding that defendant received great provocation from plaintiff:, whom he acoused of trying to poison people’s minds against him.
