PAEROA, Thursday. A young-man named Duncan Currie, while working on a building >e;ng erected in Paeroa to-day, met rith a painful accident. He. was landing on some scaffolding when portion carried away, and Currie sll on the asphalt pavement, about Oft below. When picked up he was nconscious, and examination showed lat his forehead was badly cut, and lat a bone in one of his elbows was •actured.. He was attended by Dr. mith, and was afterwards taken own by this afternoon’s train to the 'hames Hospital.
