Seddon Memorial.

(By Telegraph-—Press Association.) LONDON, Yesterday. A cable received from the Premier by the Acting-Premier stated that before leaving London Sir Joseph Ward arranged with a number of New Zealanders to have a memorial tablet to the late Right Hon. R. J. Seddon erected in St. Paul’s Cathedral. The whole will be done by voluntary subscriptions.
