Fatality at Mamaka.

AUCKLAND, This Day
A sad accident occurred at Mamaku on Thursday morning, when Mr A. Burke, a bushman, working for Mr Tapon, was struck on the head by a falling limb of a tree, sustaining a fractured jaw. Dr Endlitzberger was soon in attendance, but death, caused by hemorrhage, occurred four hours later.
