TRIPLE NAVAL AGREE-

The . Attorney-General explains that the naval agreement which was entered into three years ago for a period of ten years binds the Imperial Government, the Commonwealth, and New Zealand in a contract' which cannot be determined without the consent of the three contracting parties. Unless therefor© the New Zealand Parliament consents to determine the agreement, it must continue in force until its expire by affluxion of time seven years hence. If it is determined the question of which is to take the place of the present arrangement will become an important one. So far nothing definite j has been decided. !
