JUDGEMENT SUMMONS ORDER.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. At Magistrates Court a judgement summons order was made against D. O. Mclntyre, ex-superintendent of awards at the Exhibition, who was suspended last week and who lsft suddenly by the Turakina on Thursday. The Acting-Premier has informed a reporter that the Government had decided to bring Mclntyre back to the colony in respect of otheL serious charges.
