To the above-named defendants, TAKE NOTICE that you .are summoned to attend at the Magistrate’s Court, Te Aroha, on Tuesday, the 28th day of August, 1906, at 9.30 a.m., to answer the demand qf the named Plaintiff for the sum of One Hundred and Tweuty-eight Pounds Six Shillings and Six Pence, being for timber and other material supplied i$ building a house at Te Aroha apd for the money paid on the request of the Defendants for the labour of building such house, and for an Orion range and other articles and furniture, all as specified and detailed in the Statement of Claim and Particulars attached to the Summons in this action, substituted service of which Summons has been ordered to be effected on you the said Defendants, by posting the duplicate Summonses, Statements of Claim, and Particulars, and the Order for Substituted Service for you respectively upon the house aforesaid, on the Residence Site at Te Aroha, section 94 of Lipsey’s Block of the Te Township, and by advertising this Notice, which also is to be served on the Solicitor of the female Defendant.
