Agricultural Implements.

THE NEW BILL,

Wo have received particulars by telegraph of a bill entitled “Au act to regulate an-l control the manufacture of cortain'agricultural implements within New Zealand, and the importation of the same implements from foreign countries.” An important clause in the bill provides that on io iciving from a New Zealand manufacturer, complaint that competition iin unfair lines is being carried on by importers, tho Commissioner of Trades and Customs shall summon a constituted Board and refer the matter to it for report. Tho bill is aow being considered in Committee.
