Waihou Stock Sale.
SALE OF CATTLE. Yesterday, at the Waitoa Yards, Messrs McNicol and Co., held the usual monthly stock sale. The were unusually full, and included a fine lot of cattle from the Assets Board. Tfie following are some of the prices noted:— Cows, £3 13s to £4. Steers, £2 5s tq £5, 7a, Steers (young), 28a to 475. Yearlings, £2 2a, Bullocks, £3, 7s fid to £4 Heifers, £2 6a tq £3 Ba. Heifers (young), 28s to £2 Bs. Calves, 22s 6d to 38s. Dairy cattle— . Gtod Cows, £2 5s to £7 15s. Heifers,;£3 2s 6dto£7 17s 6d. Heifers (young), 3 s. Bulls, £2 12a 6dfq£4 : f3&.
