An interesting trial of Richard Steven’s patent Combined Milk Coder and Aerator, was held at Mr S. Bellamy’s farm, Waitoa, on July 24th and 25>th, The milk from three of his cows which had been feeding on turnips only for several days, was put through the above cooler, separated; and made into, butter, it was free, from the taste or smell of turnips, and gave entire satisfaction. A free trial given. These coolers can be ordered through Mr Fred W- Wild, secretary of the Te Aroha Butter Factory, to who payments must be made.—Advt.
