Morrinsville Notes.
A tennis club has just brea formed at Morrinsville, and a good number of members have already joined. A new court will be laid down at an early date, -.md will probably be of asphalt. Th« commit:ee consists of Messre Campbell, J. . Clifford, Marshall, Game, McKenzie, Spargo, and Miss M. Horrell; treasurer, Mr Dillicar; secretary, Mrs A. K. Seville. A new and spacious concert and enterrainment hall is now in course of erection. The hall contains a good platform, and is provided with exits and entrances of ample size. Th 6 completion of the building will be welcomed as filling a long-felt want. Messrs H. and J, Clifford, Morrinsville, report the following recent sales of land : —Sec. 40, Twan Estate, 464 acres, £5, Mr E. Price, Hunterville ; j Secs. 17 and 18, Paparamu Estate, 1077 acres at £6, Mr Chas, Price.
