Correspondence

vYe do not hold ourselves responsible for the opinions expressed by our correspondents. TO THE EDITOR.

Sir, —I am glad to see that you' are taking up the cudgels in favour of a traffic bridge, and I heartly endorse all that you have said about the Ken-rick-street site being the best for a bridge. It is no use half doing it while we are about it. Te Aroha is asleep and should wake up to remove a state of things which would not be tolerated anywhere else. It is time the powers that be, took this matter in hand and gave us something more for our money than this makeshift arrangement which is a danger to drivers and to the public. Trusting lam not trespassing on your valuable space, I am, etc., An Old Resident.
