[By Telegraph. —Press Association.] •Dunedin, This Day. The Inquiry held into the circumstances connected with the death of Ja's. Green, who was thrown out of a buggy through the vehicle being struck by a tramcar. The accident happened on 3rd and appeared to be getting on well till 7th, when erysipelas appeared. The cause of death was erysipyles complicated by Bright’s disease. The evidence showed that th'e horse deceased was driving had cast a ’and deceased was picking out the best part of the road for it and driving on the wrong side. When the car was close to, deceased attempted to cross to his right side and the car struck the hind wheels. The jury returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame attachable to anyone. " ** Auckland, This Day. AT the inquest on Poulton, doctors Girdler and Murray said the deceased was suffering from deseased heart, lung and kidneys: a blow would have caused death but deceased was on the verge of death, at any moment. The body presented no appearenee of a struggle. Mrs McPike reasserted her version of the occurrence and' 1 said there’ were other persons in the house who must have heard what tookplnc<\ Some of them had been drinking, but witness bod not. The Coroner then adjourned the case to enable the police to make further enquiries. So far have discovered nothing to corroborate Mrs McPike.
