AIT 0 A EO AD BOARD, Public Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 39 Of “ The Rating Act, 1894,” that it is the intention of the Waitoa Road Board, at a meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, Morrinsville, on Saturday, the 26th day of August, 1905, to make a General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound on the Rateable value or thu rateable property as appearing On the Valuation Roll of the Waitoa Road District, for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1905, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1906, such rate to be made in terms of Section 114 of “The Road Boards’ Act, ISS2,” and “ The Rating Act, 1891,” with its Amendments, and to be payable in one sum on the Bth day of September, 1905, to the undersigned, at his office, Vaihou, where the Rate-book will be open for inspection.
