ALLEGEDILLTREATMENT [By Telegraph—Press Associaton.] London, July 31. . Tse Tsu ShAlt, late Chinese adviser and interpreter at the East Rand Mines, has written to the “ Chronicle,” alleging that most of the Chinese were enticed to the Ratid under false pretences, and that they are insufficiently fed, paid less than Kaffirs, and often cruelly sjamboked.
