Wellington, This’Day; A meeting of the new Liberal Party was held yesterdry, the official report states that it was determined at once to commence an active campaign work in both the North and South Islands. In accordance with this decision Messrs Bedford, Fisher, Taylor and Laurenson will visit the South Island, when the financial debate is on next week. They will speak at Invercargill, Dunedin, and Christchurch, and place a platform of their party fully before the public. Later on the smaller centres will be visited.
