Lipsey town, le Aroha.—Granted. Johnson and Wigg v May and Dibble. Mr Gilchrist appeared for plain tiff, and asked for a further adjourn rnent. He said there were four other cases in a similar position.- Granted. Lovergrove v E G Beeson. Mr Gilchrist who appeared for plaintiff said the sum of £1 103 had been paid on account, since last couit day, and the balance £1 183 was still due. Ordered to pay the balance before 20th August or in default seven day’s iin prisomnent.
