J£ATAMATA ROAD BOARD. Notice is hereby given in term# of Sec 39 of “The Rating Act, 1894,” that the Matamata Road Board at its meeting to be held at the Tower, Matamata, on SATURDAY, the sth day of August, 1905, at 9 a.m., intends to make under Sec 114 of “The Road Boards’ Act, 1882,” a Geneaal Rale of One Half-penny per Pound on the rateable value of the Rateable Property in the Matamata Road District, such a rate to be for the period from Ist April, 1905, to 31st March, 1906, and payable in one sum to the undersigned on the 12th day of August, 1905, at his office in Whitaker-street, Te Aroha, where the Rate Boob is now OPEN for inspection.
