Charge against Dr Orpen.
[by TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION^] Auckland, This Day. Dr Orpen was charged with unlawfully using an instrument on Sarah Linkhorn and Adela Kafcterns. The former, age 21, deposed to visiting the surgery and being operated on. Afterwards she became very ill. She paid a sovereign fee.
