PIAKO v. WAIPA. The following players hare been selected by Mr Power to represent Piako against Waipa at Te Aroha on Saturday, July 22nd. Players are requested to he ready to line out at 3 o’clock sharp, and emergencies are also asked to put in an early appearance in case their services are required: — Full-back—Winters Three-quarters—M Timmins, D Currie J Hogan Five-eights—*Hardy, Alf Lennard Half—D Shaw Wing Forward —G Mason Forwards—A Lennard S Jennings, G Irwin (lock), T Ryan, D .Borrie, M Quain, N Farrar. Emergencies —Forwards: J Booth, J. Rooney; backs : J. Timmins, J. O’Grady. “ Observer ” sends along the following team as hi/s selection for the Waipa-Piako match, to take place on Saturday next: Full-back, J Timmins; three-quarters, Currie, C Watts, A Lennard; five-eight, ALipsey; half, D Shaw;,.wings, G Mason, D Borrie; forwards, A Lennard, J Rooney, G Davis (lock), Mikkelsen, Irwin, Jennings, Walsh.
