Heavy Rains.
By Telegraph.—Press Association] Sydney, July 14. Further rains are reported from Murray Valley. The river again rising at Albury within a foot of the highest flood level. Fears of a big inundation are entertained. Large areas are under water and a number of settlers’ homesteads are surrounded. Melbourne, July 14. Two brothers named Hilet, who were rescuing cattle at Rutherglen, were washed off their horses by the flooded creek and drowned.
