■V Wellington Steeplechase.— Kaitere, 1; Waitarere, 2; Plaetonitis, 3, Won by two lengths. Divs., £3 9s and 17s. Parliamentary Handicap.— Shrapnell Shell, I; Asteroid, 2; Lyrist, 3. Won by half a length. Divs., £l3 lls and £1 ss. Hack Hurdles.—Jewel Gun, 1; Outer, 2; Black Squall, 3. Divs., £4 10s and 18s. Winter Hurdles.—Pushful, 1; Tupara, 2 ; Eohunui, 3. Divs., £6 5s and £2 17s. Te Aro Hack Handicap.— Banzai, 1; Blythe Maid, 2 ; Red Cross, 3. Divs, Us and £4l9s.
