Sad Fatality at Napier.

BROTHER AND SISTER DROWNED V " ~ [By Telegraph.—Press Association.] Napier, This day. A sad fatality occurred at Clive yesterday afternoon. A young woman named Millar, eighteen years of age, and her brother, a lad of fourteen, children of H Millar, small farmer, being drowned. It is notjknown exactly how the fatality occurred, but as fco'steps were both traced to the river, close to which the family lived, it would seem if though the boy had wandered on to the bank and fallen in and that his sister had seen the occur*' rence and rushed to the assistance, and had been drowned in trying to rescue him. The steps of the young woman were wide apart as though she had been running. Her bod} was recovered, but so far the body of the boy|has not been found.
