St Petersburg, May 15. Cossacks dispersed crowds in- - tending to demonstrate at St, Petersburg. Order has been maintained at Warsaw, Moscow and Lodz.
Infantry reservists at Kischnoff pillaged Jewish houses. The inmates took refuge in cellars and outhouses. Patrols restored order.
