Incidentally to the caaethe judge held that the facts, whichwonld constitute wife desertion under the Destitute Persons Act, 1894,- batwere not sufficient to revive past adultery, which had been condoned* and, to enable petitioner to obtain a divorce upon the ground of revived adultery.
