A Divorce Case.
a c .u W ell Wgtov, Saturday, After further hearing of the divorce suit of Coley v. Coley, being the wife’* petition, Mr Justice Williams granted a decree nisi. Incidentally to the caaethe judge held that the facts, whichwonld constitute wife desertion under the Destitute Persons Act, 1894,- batwere not sufficient to revive past adultery, which had been condoned* and, to enable petitioner to obtain a divorce upon the ground of revived adultery.
