IA K O Notice is hereby given that the Piako Couaty Council at its meeting to be held at Morrinsville on Wednesday the 19th day of August 1903 at 9.30 a.m. intends to make the following rates, — 1. A General Rate under Sections 148 and 149 of the Counties Act 1886 of Three Fathings per Pound on the rateable values of the ratable property in the Ridings of Waitoa, Matamata, Te Aroha Patetere and Taotaoroa. 2. Separate Rales under Section 150 of the Counties Act 1886 each of one One Fathing per Ponnd on the rateable values of the rateable property in the respective Ridings of/Te Aroha, Patetere ami Taotaoroa. These rates are to be made for the period from Ist April 1903 to 31st March 1904, and each will be payable in one sum to the undersigned at tha County Office Te Aroha on the 22nd day of August 1903.
