SPECIAL ORDER, The Waitoa Road Board her<.b3 r resolves, by Special Order, that the Board’s Debt of £2ool' 8s 2d, inscribed at the Treasury in 1888, under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act. 18.80,” be now readjusted in terms of sub-section lof section 2of The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,” whereby the interest will, be reduced to 41 per cent for the unexpired term of the loan, such readjustment to take effect on the Ist day of February, 1901..
