read and confirmed; The Secretary reported that a profit-, of £122 10s 8d was made on the racemeeting held on February. 10th- and’ 12th.
Accounts amounting to £497, in-. cluding'£32l, amount of stakes,, were passed for payment. Certain improvements to the race--course were authorised. A vote of thanks to the - Secretary for the able manner in which the meeting was conduced, and a. vote of' thanks to the Chairman for pi-esiding,, concluded the business,.
