TN a letter dealing with the affairs of the Borough of Te Arolia, signed by “ Eorty six,” and published in our issue of the 3rd inst., the writer states “I also hear that the water-pipes will cost at least an extra hundred through the blundering of the engineer.” We find that this statement is incorrect, and therefore desire to withdraw it, and regret that it should have been inserted in our columns.
