CONDITIONS. 1* Nominations to be in the hands of the Secretary on SATURDAY, March 24th, 1900. 2. Weights to appear on March 31st, 1900, in. the Waikato Argus and Te Aioha News. 3. Acceptances, accompanied by the necessary fees, to he in the hands of the Secretary at Tirau by MONDAY, April 9th, JI9OO. 4. No Nominations or Accepf ances will he received on any pretence whatever after the day named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amount of cash. 5. Acre, pedigree and performances of horses and colours of riders to be sent in with all entries. 6. Any jeekey riding except in the colours entered will be fined lsov 7. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race, accompanied by lsov, which will be forfeited to the Club should the protest be dismissed. 8. Should any dispute arise in connection with these races the decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive, and every owner nominates subject to these conditions. H. G. ROSE.
