Wellington, Yesterday-. The candidates for the rough riders* have been finally reduced to 61",. oh whom 11 provide their own equipments, and over 20 their own horses.. With these 11 emergencies have been, chosen, who will have first claim shoxildl any vacancies arise, or the number of: men be increased. Included in tho list are several Wairarapa men, but they will be rejected if their cost is not defrayed out of the funds collected im Wairarapa. Only five of the men are volunteers.
