Notice is hereby given that the Te Aroha Borough Council propose to take under “The Public Works Act, 189-I'’ certain land for tin construction of Waterworks and water rights for the supply of water, for the inhabitants of the Borough of Te Aroha, viz.:—(1). All that parcel of land in area approximately six acres and two roods being a portion of Section No. 17d, situated in Block IX, of the Aroha Survey District; and (2). All that the right to impound, divert, and use the waters of the Tutumangeo and Tutumangco Branch Streams traversing the said parcel of land, all as the said parcel of land and water right are more particularly delineated upon a plan deposited in the office at To Aroha of the said Borough Council, where such plan is now open for inspection by all persons during reasonable hours. And notice is hereoy further given that all persons affected are required to set forth in writing any well grounded objections which they uiay have to the execution of the said works, or to the taking of said land and water right, and to send such writing within forty days from the date hereof to the said Te Aroha Borough Council at their office at Te Aroha.
