And notice is hereoy further given that all persons affected are required to set forth in writing any well grounded objections which they uiay have to the execution of the said works, or to the taking of said land and water right, and to send such writing within forty days from the date hereof to the said Te Aroha Borough Council at their office at Te Aroha.
