Notice is hereby given that the Te Aroha Borough Council propose to take j under “The Public Works Act, 1894.” I certainland for the construction of Waterworks and water rights for the supply of ■Water, for the inhabitants of the Borough of Te Aroha, viz.:—(1). All that parcel of land in area approximately six acres ami two roods being a portion of Section. No. 17d, situated in Block IX, of the Aroha Survey District; and (2). All that the right to impound, divert, and use the 1 waters of the Tutumangeo and Tutumangeo Branch Streams traversing the said parcel of land, all as the said parcel of land and water right arc more particularly delineated upon a plan deposited in the office at Te Aroha of the said Borough Council, where such plan is now open for inspection by all persons during reasonable hours. And notice is herooy further given that all persons affected are required to set forth in writing any well grounded objections which they may have to the execution of the said works, or to the taking of said land and water right, and to send such writiug within forty days from the date hereof to the said Te Aroha Borough Council at their office at Te Aroha.
