Ladies and Gentlemen,— I shall esteom it ah honor if you will attend a meeting at the Public Hall on MONDAY Evening Next, July 4th, when I hope to hiive the pleasure of ADDRESSING you on the subject of Municipal Affairs. All persons considering themselves aggrieved ot the absence of their names from ihe list of those entitled to vote at the Municipal Elections are particularly requested to attend.
