MR SEDDON PUTS UP A RECORD. Werlin ©ton, This Day-. On Saturday the Hon. R. J. Seddon established a record as Premier of New Zealand, having continuously held that position for five years and 4-2 days. The next longest was that of Sir Edward Stafford, who held the office one day loss.
