The following heats have been played since our last issue :—.Bmale3 owes £ 15 beat Dansey receives £ 3.0 by 2. sets to 1. This proved to be a very exciting game for the first two sets, but Smales’ fine form stood him in good stead and he won as stated. Farquharson and Thomas received h 30 played two sets, each winning a set, both being very exciting ones. The third set beingdeferred till this afternoon, as the light became very bad. The follow ing ties will be played off this afternoonjjstarting at 2 a’’clock:—Eagar and Kinahan ; Pavilt aud Dibbs ; Skipwith and Maingay ; Thomas and Farquharson (final set). Mr Oliver will act as umpire.
