The following are the handicaps in the Tennis Tournment: —Ist round: Gentlemen—Eager | 15 v. Kinnahan scr ; Pavitt 15 v. Dibbs 15 ; W. Maingay. 15 v. Skip with scr; Oliver scr v. Dr Smith £ 30; Smales owes \ 15 v. Dansey £ 30; Thomas £3O v. Farquaharson scr. Ladies—Miss Smith receives 15 v. W. Harris | 30; Pavitt v. Dicks; Salmon \ 30 v. Campbell 15 ; Goldsworthy scr v. Iffresen £ 30. The following games have been played: Oliver v. Dr Smith receiving \ 30. Oliver won this after an exciting game by 2 sets to 1. Misses Dicks v. Pavitt A very even game resulting in a win for Miss Dicks by 2 sets to 0.. Misses Goldsworthy v Ifferson receiving \ 30. Resulted in an easy victory, for Goldsworthy 2 sets to 0. Misses Campbell v. Salmon receiving J 15, Miss Campbell won easily |by 2 sets to 0. Mr Oliver has asked us to drawattention to the fact that the first round must be finished by Saturday evening. The attention of competitors is also called to the notice board posted at the Domain office. >
