Conditions ;—. 1. Each tender must be accompanied with detailed plans and specific itions of a Building with a ft .or measurement of not less than 25 feet by a 0 feet inside measurement. 2. Such Building to be furnished with Seats, Pulpit, Lamps, etc., so that the Bunding shall be completed at a cost not exceeding £2OO. 3. The Building to be erected on Section IV, Block X, To Aroha, the wall to be finished level with the ground, and the floor of Building to be 12 inches above the level of the Foot-path. 4. All timber to be either kauri or mountain rimu, and to be properly stacked on the site for not leas than 4 weeks be* fore the work i* commenced. 5. The successful competitor will be required to carry out the execution of his plan, to (he full satisfaction of the com mittee in 3 months from date of acceptance of tender. 6. Pa' irent- will be made at the rate of 50 per cent when the timber is "stacked on ite, 25 per cent as the work progresses, 25 per cent ou comp’etion of contract. • 7.
