All timber to be either kauri nr mountain rimu, and to be properly stacked on tile site for not leas than 4 weeks be* fore the work is commenced. « 5. The successful competitor will be required to carry out the execution of his plan, to the full satisfaction of the com mittee, in 3 months from date of acceptance of tender. 6. Payments will be made at the rate of 50 per cent when the timber is stacked on site, 25 per cent as the work progresses, 25 per cent ou completion of contract. „ 7.
