Two meetings have been held, and a strong com- ! mittee formed to make arrangements for time, place, and catering. It was decided to hold the picnic next Thurs- : day in Mr Jackson’s charminglysituated paddock, just opposite the creamery, the catering to be left to the ladies of the district. Should the day be fine it {is expected that fully 200? people will be present, representing about 32 suppliers It is a matter for congratulation to. Mr Whitburn, as the arranging for this picnic proved the friendliness which exists between himself and the suppliers.
