SYNOPSIS OF NEW ADVERTISEMENTS.
We hate to call the attention of our readers to a number of new advertisements appearing in this issue. Tenders are called for sleighing 1,700 sleepers, specifications at this office, for a two-roomed cottage, specifications at Williams’ store; and for forming about 42 chains of tramway ground for the Montezuma G,M. Co. Messrs Strange Bros.', of Belle Vue, Te Aroha, advertise their chaff-cutter and the approaching arrival of a new engine, by Marshall, of London. Messrs Jones and Co., plumbers and tinsmiths, are calling attention' to the fact that they are about to commence business here ; further particulars about this firm will be gijen next week.. The Waitoa, Road Board are calling for tenders for work on the Waiorongoffiai road. Notice of appointment of dog registrars for Piako County appears in column, also tenders being aguin called for erecting brake frames and bridges on the Waiorongomai tramway.
