Wellington, Last Night.. As to the proposed experimental farm, at Auckland, the chief difficulty the Agricultural Department has to con,--tend with is the selection of a. suitable, site. It is necessary that the farm; should be surrounded by sufficient area. ofTandi of a similar character, so, that the methods found successful in. one part should be applicable to the* whole,. This is the- system so success • fully followed in the United States* the neglect of which in some of the-.
