On Monday the Hod A. J. Oadman, accompanied Mr Lowe, engineer to the Railway Department, and local officials left on u visit,to the scene of the recent railway accident between Helensville aud'-K mltapakapa, returning o town at 27 minutes' to seven p.iia. Mr Oadmau was in -attendance at the Ministers’ Rooms, and yesterday he left for Bombay. He is expected in Cambridge to-day. The Hon Mr Thomson will be in Paeroa to-day.
